Do you carry Tension in Your Neck or Shoulders?

One of the most common complaints I see in the clinic is tightness through the neck, shoulders and upper back.

Whether it's sitting at a computer, working in the garden, playing sport or simply everyday life, muscle tension can gradually build up and leave you feeling stiff, sore and restricted.

As a physiotherapist, one of the things I encourage all my patients to do is spend a few minutes each day looking after these tight muscles before they become a bigger problem.

Here are three simple tips:

✔ Take regular movement breaks if you're sitting for long periods.

✔ Stretch your chest and shoulders daily to improve posture.

✔ Use targeted self-massage to release muscle tension and improve mobility.

When I couldn't find a recovery tool that did exactly what I wanted for my patients, I designed one myself.

The Ballzac keeps two massage balls perfectly spaced inside a mobile fabric sac, making it easy to apply targeted pressure to areas like your neck, shoulders, back, glutes and feet—without the frustration of loose massage balls rolling away.

I've also started building a Recovery Hub on my website, where I'll be sharing practical physiotherapy advice and simple self-help techniques you can use at home.

So EASY -place the Ballzac between your body and a hard surface, wall, chair or floor and release the tenion.

I genuinely hope The Ballzac helps many of you move more freely and stay active doing the things you enjoy.
