REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, used massage devices cannot be returned unless faulty.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

 

SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
