Place one or both massage balls between your body and a firm surface, such as a wall, floor or chair. Apply gentle pressure using your body weight, then slowly roll or hold steady pressure over tight areas. Start lightly and increase pressure only as comfortable.

Use gentle, controlled pressure. Avoid direct pressure on the spine, joints, bruises, injuries, inflamed areas or anywhere that causes sharp pain, numbness or tingling. If you have an injury, medical condition or ongoing pain, seek advice from a qualified health professional before use.
